October 2024 Update
4th October 2024
Over the summer we successfully closed on our third site. The sale was subject to a forestry license which took significantly longer than initially expected. We are expecting to plant on this site in early 2025. We also have recently gone ‘Sale Agreed’ on a 25.5 acre site at Ardmoyle, Co.Roscommon and are currently looking for new shareholders to join our Co-Op.
November 2022 Update
12th November 2022
Over the summer, we partnered with the Cork City Marathon in an innovative venture which offered runners the opportunity to plant a tree in an An Dúlra Native Woodland instead of receiving a race t-shirt as part of their entry package. A total of 768 runners opted for this tree planting opportunity and An Dúlra is pleased to announce that these additional 768 trees will now be planted on one of our Native Woodland sites, during this planting season.
May 2022 Update
30th May 2022
Our trees were planted on our first site in Coolteige, Co. Roscommon in December. 8,050 native trees were planted and we received forestry premiums for 2021 and 2022.
September 2021 Update

In August we held our very first Annual General Meeting (AGM) of An Dúlra Co-Op.The meeting was conducted via Zoom with 31% of Shareholders attending the online event.
May 2021 Update

It's been an exciting few months for our Co-Op since members voted to change our name to An Dúlra last December. We have since completed all the necessary paperwork required for the name change. We have also completed all paperwork regarding the planting of 12,700 native trees on our first site in Co. Roscommon.
Native Woodland Co-Op Members Agree New Name

The Native Woodland Co-Op Members have agreed to a name change after a Special General Meeting held on Zoom on the 2nd of December.
